Note: We offer a 50% discount for 2nd, 3rd and 4th sites and a 25% discount for the fifth site onward. Please complete an additional application form for each site – the discount will be shown on your invoice’

Quality Secured 5* Scheme

If you fit towbars or service trailers you are eligible to become a Quality Secured member and achieve a star rating on the NTTA website.

1 to 4 Stars are gained by submitting completed paperwork after joining and the fifth star is obtained by undertaking a Quality Secured Assessment by an NTTA Assessor.

Data Protection Act

Under the Data Protection Act, the above details will be stored electronically for NTTA administrative purposes. They will also form the basis of your Website Directory, Buyers Guide entry and URL links.

Direct Debit

In at attempt to further streamline the membership subscription system, we are urging all existing members to make use of the direct debit facility. 

Subscriptions are payable by Direct Debit. The rates include the delegate's fee for 1 person per Member Company to attend the AGM, listings on the NTTA Directory and hyperlinks to members' websites and email addresses for enquiries.

To apply to join, please complete the application form (we reserve the right to ask you to provide verification of your turnover), ensuring you include a valid email address so we can send you invoices, statements and newsletters.

Direct Debit Guarantee

  • The Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by the organisation or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society (If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when the organisation asks you to)
  • Should you cancel your mandate, your membership will terminate at the end of the most recent payment period.
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit the organisation will notify you (normally 10 working days) in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request the organisation to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify the organisation.
